Tall Clothing Mall Newsletter Dec 4, 2012 |
Hi Tall Friends, I hope you've had a great start to your holiday season. I'm loving life so far-Christmas shopping for an easily excitable 3 year old is so fun. And dangerous. I'm trying not to go overboard but it's tough! Tonight we put up our tree and a few other Christmas decorations. It's such fun! Of course it got me thinking about other holiday traditions...like parties for example. And the most important part of the party? What you wore. Haha. Ok, perhaps the
most important part is the family or friends you get to enjoy...but what you wore has to be a close second right?! Read on for my picks...
Dreamy Skirt. Sequin Front Jersey Tank.
Vintage Faux Fur Shrug I love this look. All the different textures add
something special to the ensemble. This look is suitable for various ages. I could see a young woman wearing it but I could also see a middle aged woman pulling it off beautifully. For a safer option, try a blazer rather than the fur shrug. Wear flats to give it a whimsical look or high heels for a more glamorous approach.
Tall Port ¾ Lace Tall Dress.
Stitched Striped Tall Dress. Tall Peat Skirt Dress.
Dresses are so easy! You don't have to pair a million different pieces together to make the "outfit." All of these dresses would look amazing with a pair of round toe pumps. And for jewelry? Keep it simple with pearls. The last number would look great paired with metallics. We always think of red and green for Christmas but really, any bright or deeply saturated color looks "special." And paired with metallic accessories? It's a win/win!
Lace and Sheer Top (Tall). Really Skinny Pants
(Tall). Fitzwell Lorelei Mary Jane Pump (Up to size 14).
This is my young and fun look. Though, to be clear, you don't have to be young to wear this. I could totally see my mom (in her late 50s) rocking it, though she might opt for wide legged trousers rather than skinny ones. In any case I love the gold shirt with bright red pumps. These pants just might go on my Christmas list...

I figured the holiday season was a good time to feature FansEdge as partner of the week. Whether you're a sports lover yourself or are married to one, this is a great resource for all things sports related. I try to get my husband some Patriots gear every Christmas. It's the perfect time to add to his collection.
As you can see they have NFL, MLB, NBA, NCAA, Soccer, MMA/UFC, NASCAR, and more sports (there are MORE?!). Here are a few samplings of NFL and NBA apparel available at FansEdge. I couldn't help but feature New England teams. Obviously I'm biased. But there is literally every team available at FansEdge.
